Every once in a while, a career-defining moment comes along. For TMD, this was that opportunity.
Our client recently took possession of a 17,000-square-foot, custom-built home in Palm Beach, Florida for this project. However, after careful inspection, we found that not all of the construction had been completed. So the first step was to bring the builder back in to ensure all the work was finished. And once complete, we had a clean slate with which to create our client’s vision.
Our client was originally from Europe and wanted her home to combine old-world charm with contemporary accents. So we settled on a “European eclectic” design style. We were able to use a couple of the client’s personal possessions, including the Carl Springer dining table. We then began searching antique stores across Europe for the perfect pieces.

After we completed the main house, we turned our attention to the guest house, where the client’s adult children stayed when visiting. We also helped to landscape the beautiful property. All told it took three and a half years to complete this project.
