A Private Retreat

When our clients came to us with plans for a 20,000-square-foot home in Leesburg, VA, we had to do a double take. With an enormous gourmet kitchen, nine bedrooms (each with its own ensuite), a laundry room with a dedicated pet area, and a pool house, we knew we had our work was cut out for us.
Like any other project, we worked closely with our clients to turn their dream home into a reality, room by room. We chose a palette of light blues, creams, and greys accented with leather and wood finishes. We assisted our clients in choosing paint colors, moldings, fireplace surrounds, and furnishings, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious design throughout the home.
The spacious and well-designed home is suitable for hosting weekly family gatherings and entertaining guests. The gourmet kitchen includes two large islands and a breakfast nook. There is also a large formal dining area. After a meal with friends and family, our client can entertain their guests in separate his and her home theaters, at the custom home bar, or in the 4,000 square foot pool house.
The home also has numerous private areas, including an extensive primary suite with his and her closets and a large spa bathroom featuring marble tile, a soaking tub, and a custom-built vanity.
